AIRTEC Motorsport Intercooler (Large Core) — MINI Cooper S F56

$1,565.00

AIRTEC's large motorsport-spec intercooler for the MINI Cooper S F56 — the big-core step up from the standard Cooper S unit. Much taller and deeper — closer in size to a coolant radiator — for cars that need maximum charge-cooling capacity and the fastest recovery between pulls under sustained high boost.

Construction

AIRTEC's large stepped core — 810mm × 230mm × 140/40mm, 22.1 litres and 1,870cm² of frontal area, more than double the standard Cooper S unit's 10.1 litres. Cast alloy end tanks, CNC alloy pipe connections, Pro-Series black powder-coat. Complete with all fixtures, fittings, and instructions. Part no. ATINTMINI06.

Which F56 intercooler?

This is the large motorsport core — the maximum-cooling option. For the bolt-in upgrade that holds the standard space, see the AIRTEC Cooper S F56 intercooler (60mm bar-and-plate, 10.1L). This one is the bigger-capacity build.

Fitment

MINI Cooper S F56 (incl. LCI). Confirm your chassis and clearance in the selector.

Warranty

AIRTEC 3-year, unlimited mileage.

WHY WE SHIP AIRTEC MOTORSPORT
Airtec Motorsport comes out of the UK motorsport scene, and the charge-cooling hardware shows it — cores sized for sustained load, not just a single dyno run. We ship Airtec where a customer wants a heat-exchanger upgrade engineered to a fitment rather than adapted to one, with mounting that uses the factory locations. The benefit is the same one cooling always buys on a forced-induction car: stable intake temps, which means the calibration can keep its timing instead of pulling it to protect the engine. It is a solid choice for a daily-driven build that still sees the occasional track session.
