Sales — BMW Fluent
This is the person enthusiasts talk to when they're ready to build. You speak BMW as a first language — chassis codes, engines, tunes, builds — and you can hold a conversation with someone deep into their own build as a peer, not a script-reader. Day to day, you're the first reply to inbound questions, you walk people through the consult and the Tune-Builder, you match each car and driver to the right stage, and you follow through to the close. You'll know our catalog cold — Phantom turbos, bootmod3 tunes, the stage kits — and you'll be honest about what a car actually needs, even when that's less than someone came in asking for. Real credibility with this crowd matters, and it shows fast in a conversation; if you've earned yours the hard way, you'll be at home here.
You bring: real BMW/M and tuning fluency, genuine sales instinct, and the kind of credibility that comes from time spent around these cars. Comfort working independently and following up without being chased.
You'll own: inbound customer conversations, the consult and Tune-Builder funnel end to end, and the revenue that comes with them. You're the voice most customers meet first, so you set the tone for the whole shop.

You shoot, you cut, you post. This role shapes how Esse Werks looks and moves online as we grow — photo and video, edit and post, and a feed that looks like the work behind it. Day to day, you're capturing builds on the lift and on the dyno, shooting product and detail work, cutting it for the site and socials, and turning a normal shop day into something worth watching. You'll work on-site with the team in South Florida and travel with us to capture content where it happens — builds, events, the cars out in the world. If you see a turbo on black Alcantara and your hands already reach for the camera, we'd like to meet you.
You bring: strong photo and video, confident editing and post, and a social-native eye for what reads on a feed. Comfort shooting in a working shop, and the flexibility to travel for builds and events.
You'll own: capturing and editing the product, build, and event content that feeds the site and our social channels. You set the look, keep the calendar moving, and make sure the work we're proud of actually gets seen.
