Two series in development.

Overdrive Originals selected Esse Werks and WOT Pete to host two upcoming series. Production decisions are still being made. Launch expected this year. We'll publish updates here as the shape of each show locks.

Race Support

The shop's E53 has been the back-burner build for years — a retro-mod that we keep coming back to between customer cars. The premise of the series is what happens when we finally finish it. Engine swap territory, period-correct exterior, modern brakes and suspension under it. The kind of build that doesn't fit on a single forum thread.

Episodes will follow the work as it happens in the shop. No fabricated drama, no manufactured deadlines. The car gets built; the cameras follow.

Late Apex

Travel series. WOT Pete goes places where the car culture isn't on anyone's radar — small towns, distant countries, shops and meets that haven't been covered by the usual outlets. The pitch: drive and talk to the people who actually keep the scene alive in the places nobody flies to for content.

Format and itinerary are still being scoped. We'll add the route map here once it's locked.

About the partnership

Overdrive Originals produces long-form automotive content with a documentary discipline — not the format-driven, hook-every-30-seconds style that dominates YouTube. Their work is the reason we said yes. The partnership lets us put our engineering work and WOT Pete's road-traveler instincts in front of a wider audience without compromising the voice that's gotten us here.

Both series are in pre-production as of this writing. The pages here will fill out as the productions move forward — episode counts, release windows, build threads on Race Support, route segments on Late Apex. None of it is locked yet; we'd rather show it once the work is real than hype it before it ships.
