   Initial fit assessment

   Tell us the car, the engine you want in it, and what you want it to do. We'll come back with a scope, a budget, and a timeline.

2. 02

   Quote + timeline

   With the fit confirmed, we come back with a written quote — scope, parts, labor, calibration, and a build timeline you can plan around — within 3 business days.

3. 03

   Sourcing + build window

   You send us the parts and cores you've already got for the project; we source the rest of the hardware and cores — and where the swap needs a piece that doesn't exist anywhere yet, we engineer it. Then we lock in your build window, typically 3 weeks, depending on parts and the queue. A deposit books your build slot.
