Stage pricing for the G70
The G70 is BMW's current 7 Series sedan — sold from 2023 as the 740i (B58) and 760i (S68 V8), the seventh-generation flagship. G70 tuning at EW is still early days: the chassis is the newest in our roster, the parts catalog tagged specifically for it is still building, and the S68 V8 in particular is a fresher BM3 target than the established B58.
What we ship for the G70: BM3 Stage 1 / 2 calibration on the B58 740i (the calibration path is mature on this engine across the rest of the modern catalog), with the kit-level Stage 2 hardware that crosses over from the broader B58 family. The S68-equipped 760i is a per-car conversation at this stage.
Stock peak is 375 hp in the 740i B58. Stage 1 adds real horsepower on factory hardware — same gains the engine sees in every other B58 chassis. Stage 2 paths exist with the right hardware support.
Below: every part we ship that fits the G70. The new 7-series catalog will grow as the chassis ages — for now, if you've got an early G70 740i and want a tune, the B58 underneath is the same engine we work on every week.

Will my dealer flag the tune at service?
The bootmod3 flash is non-destructive and reversible. Revert to stock before a dealer appointment and the ECU is back to factory in a few minutes; re-flash after service. We document the revert step in writing so the next person opening your file knows what's there.
Is it safe for the engine?
Every tune we ship has been datalogged on the car it was written for. We look at knock counts, fuel trims, boost behavior, and intake temps before we sign off. If the numbers don't sit right, we revise. That review and the revision policy are built into what the tune costs.
How long until I have a working tune?
Most calibrations turn around in a few days. We log, review, and revise before anything ships — we would rather get it right than get it out fast.
Can I go back to stock?
Yes. bootmod3 supports a stock revert that returns the ECU to factory calibration in under five minutes. The flash is non-destructive — nothing in the BMW DME is permanently modified. Most owners revert before trade-in.
