The Xona XRC5964S is a ball-bearing turbocharger built on the XR64S UHF 64mm turbine wheel. Compressor: 59.3mm inducer / 82mm exducer; 80 lb/min rated flow; published range 370–800HP. The XRC5964S carries a larger compressor stage than the XRC5764S while using the same 64mm turbine outlet and XR64S UHF aero. Configured here for the BMW N55.

Turbine housing — Material, Flange, and A/R — is selected using the guided cascade above. Compressor cover (X2C or X3C) and SwainTech coating are also selected above.

We carry Xona Rotor for builds where the power target has outgrown what OEM or direct-replacement turbos can support. Their specs are published in engineering terms — inducer diameter, rated lb/min airflow, turbine outlet size, housing A/R — and the model names encode those specs directly, so there is no guessing what you are ordering. These are not bolt-on upgrades: all BMW applications require custom intake manifold and downpipe adaptation, and housing configuration is chosen per build. We specify that configuration when you contact us.
