The Xona XRC5557S is a ball-bearing turbocharger built around the XR57S UHF splitter-blade turbine wheel. Compressor: 55mm inducer / 76mm exducer; 68 lb/min rated flow; published range 300–680HP. The XRC5557S steps up from the XRC5357S with a larger compressor stage for increased peak flow capacity while sharing the same 57mm turbine outlet and UHF inertia-reduction design. Configured here for the BMW B48 as a single-turbo installation.

Turbine housing — Material, Flange, and A/R — is selected using the guided cascade above. Compressor cover (X2C or X3C) and SwainTech coating are also selected above.

SwainTech White Lightning thermal barrier coating is available on the turbine housing (hot side), compressor housing (cold side), or both — add it via the Coating option. Ordered the BYO Core option? We will contact you after purchase with instructions for sending in your housing. Approximately three-week build turnaround from receipt of your core.

We carry Xona Rotor for builds where the power target has outgrown what OEM or direct-replacement turbos can support. Their specs are published in engineering terms — inducer diameter, rated lb/min airflow, turbine outlet size, housing A/R — and the model names encode those specs directly, so there is no guessing what you are ordering. These are not bolt-on upgrades: all BMW applications require custom intake manifold and downpipe adaptation, and housing configuration is chosen per build. We specify that configuration when you contact us.
