The cap we've worn through every build, every late night in the shop, every track day — now a 20-piece run to mark Esse Werks 2.0. When the relaunch deserved something you could actually wear, this is what we made. Twenty of them. That's the whole drop.

The cap. An authentic New Era 59FIFTY in grey — the cap, not a cap-shaped object. Structured 6-panel crown, woven sweatband, the flat undervisor and 59FIFTY sticker every collector knows. New Era doesn't license the 59FIFTY outside their own factory, so this is the real thing — decorated and packaged in the USA on a genuine New Era body.

What's on it. The Esse Werks script-and-block mark across the front in glow thread — charge it in the light, run it lit after dark. Our turbo embroidered on the rear panel, the detail you catch on the second look. New Era's flag on the left side.

Why this one. Special-edition fitteds are how the scene marks a moment — this is ours. Drop 001: the first of a run of limited Esse Werks releases. More are coming, and none of them will be these. When the 20 are gone, they're gone — Drop 001 doesn't come back.

Sizing. Fitted 59FIFTY. Measure at the widest point above the brow and match the chart; between sizes, size up — the larger band stretches to shape, the smaller one bites the line.

Care. Spot clean only — never machine wash (the crown warps). Stuff it to store. Keep it out of prolonged sun if you want the grey to hold past a few summers.
