Fuel-It! Port Injection Kit — N55 (F-Chassis)

$515.00

Fuel-It! port injection kit for the F-chassis N55 — a supplemental fuel system for when direct injection runs out. It adds low-pressure port injection across all six intake runners to back up the maxed-out factory DI, opening the door to big E85/methanol power (Fuel-It rates the system up to 1,000+ whp with the right injectors).

What it is

CNC-machined manifold spacers (or a full replacement manifold), a billet fuel rail, up to six flow-matched port injectors (sized to your choice, or bring your own), a fuel-line adapter, and a port-injection controller. It supplements — not replaces — the factory direct injection; the injector size you run sets the power ceiling, and the controller meters the port fuel.

Options

Two choices in the configurator. Injector: take the kit with No injectors to reuse or supply your own, or pick 550, 750, 950, or 1050cc — step up the size as your target output climbs. Controller: Standard, or the CANfuel Sequential — Fuel-It's CAN-bus sequential controller for finer per-cylinder metering.

Where it fits in the build

Supplemental fuel for high-E85 / high-power N55 builds where the DI pump is the limit. We tune the engine to the fuel system.

Fitment

BMW N55 (F-chassis) — M135i, M235i, M2, 335i, 435i. Confirm your chassis in the selector.

Sourcing fueling with the tune? The Fueling Kit — N55 bundles the matched parts + calibration for 8% under à la carte.

WHY WE SHIP FUEL-IT!
Fuel-It! builds the LPFP and HPFP upgrades and the flex-fuel sensing kits that make running ethanol a clean, repeatable thing instead of a guess. Their ethanol-content sensing lets a calibration read actual blend in real time and adjust, which is what makes a flex-fuel build safe to daily. We use Fuel-It! parts where a customer wants the gains ethanol gives but needs the fuel system and the sensing to handle a tank that is never quite the same mix twice. It is the bridge between pump-gas reliability and the bigger numbers E-blends make possible.
