Fuel-It! Charge Pipe Injection (CPI) Kit — S63TU / N63TU (M5 / M6 / 550i / 650i)

$755.00

Fuel-It! charge pipe injection kit for the S63TU and N63TU — the F-chassis M5/M6 and 550i/650i. Instead of port injectors in the runners, it injects supplemental fuel into the charge pipe after the intercooler — a simpler way to keep the V8's high-pressure pumps from falling behind on ethanol blends.

What it is

Charge-pipe injection running off the low-pressure supply to supplement the fuel system on E30–E50 mixes, so the high-pressure pumps can keep up. Options include a fail-safe box or a standalone controller; it pairs with a flex-fuel kit for ethanol monitoring and wants an intercooler with a post-intercooler bung.

Options

Pick your Controller in the configurator. With fail-safe box is the entry control option — it manages the supplemental injection and keeps it within limits. With standalone controller steps up to a full standalone controller, the higher-tier choice for builds wanting dedicated control over the charge-pipe fueling.

Where it fits in the build

Supplemental fueling for ethanol-blend S63TU/N63TU builds whose high-pressure pumps are the limit. We tune the engine to the fuel system.

Fitment

S63TU / N63TU (F-chassis) — F10 M5 & 550i, F06/F12/F13 M6 & 650i. Confirm your chassis in the selector.

WHY WE SHIP FUEL-IT!
Fuel-It! builds the LPFP and HPFP upgrades and the flex-fuel sensing kits that make running ethanol a clean, repeatable thing instead of a guess. Their ethanol-content sensing lets a calibration read actual blend in real time and adjust, which is what makes a flex-fuel build safe to daily. We use Fuel-It! parts where a customer wants the gains ethanol gives but needs the fuel system and the sensing to handle a tank that is never quite the same mix twice. It is the bridge between pump-gas reliability and the bigger numbers E-blends make possible.
