A complete, never-fired S58 long block, built by Esse Werks and orphaned when its project ended mid-build. Zero miles, never run, just turned by hand during the build. Finished to spec, then shelved for a now dead project — so it is listed well under what is in it.  Here for as long as it's here.

This is the foundation for a serious S58: sleeved, fire-ringed, oversized-studded, with a full CNC-ported head and GSC valvetrain. The hardware window is real — 800–1400 WHP across a 4,500–8,500 RPM range. Build the turbo and fueling around it and it will hold what you ask of it.

Fitment

Complete assembled long block — sleeved block and CNC-ported head — oil pan to valve cover.  Has new Genuine BMW: S58 DI injectors, lifters and oil pump.

Not included

Turbochargers, fuel system and injectors, charge piping, exhaust manifolds, sensors and wiring, accessory drive, ECU/tune. Bring your bolt-ons and calibration.
