Evolution Racewerks crossover pipe for the twin-turbo S58 — G80 M3, G82 M4, and G87 M2. The crossover is the under-transmission section that ties the downpipe side into the mid-pipe. The factory part is squeezed into an oval for clearance and uses heavy cast sections, which adds turbulence and weight.
What it is
Mandrel-bent 3" piping kept full-round for a smoother path, 100% T304 stainless, CNC-machined billet 304 stainless flanges, 100% TIG-welded. Bolt-on, and lighter than the cast factory assembly. Made in the USA at Evolution Racewerks' California facility.

SwainTech White Lightning — our signature coating
When we coat a part, we use one coating: SwainTech White Lightning — a true ceramic thermal barrier applied about 0.015" thick (versus roughly 0.002" for paint-style "ceramic" finishes) and sprayed molten so it bonds to the metal instead of sitting on top. It cuts radiant heat off the exhaust by roughly 35–55%, dropping underhood and intake temperatures, and keeps heat inside the pipe where it sustains exhaust velocity and scavenging. Where it sits in the system
The crossover is one section of the S58 exhaust path: downpipes → crossover → mid-pipe. It carries no catalyst and is sold as part of a competition exhaust system; pair it with the Evolution Racewerks S58 downpipes and mid-pipe for the full run.
