Evolution Racewerks charge pipe kit for the N55 in the 5 and 6 Series and the X5/X6. The factory charge pipe on these cars is plastic and is a known boost-pressure failure point. This is its mandrel-bent aluminum replacement.

What it is

Mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum sized to the intercooler at 2.5", with a CNC-machined factory-style O-ring lock flange, beaded ends, T-bolt clamps, and silicone hose. Direct bolt-on using the factory routing.

Charge pipe vs lower-intercooler pipe

This is the main charge-pipe kit. On the X5/X6 there is also a separate Lower-Intercooler (LIC) pipe that replaces the cold-side run after the intercooler — pair the two for fully hard-piped charge routing.
