CSF front-mount heat exchanger for the S58 — the heat-rejection side of the charge-air cooling system in the G8x M3/M4 and G87 M2. The S58 cools its intake charge through a coolant loop; this front radiator is what removes that heat. The factory exchanger is a single-row, 35mm core with plastic tanks — fine stock, the limiter once the car is making more and seeing repeat pulls or track time.

What CSF changes

A 2-row, 42mm all-aluminum core with B-Tube geometry and TIG-welded aluminum tanks in place of the OEM plastic/crimp construction. Ships with upper and lower rock guards and a transmission-cooler mounting kit, and drops into the factory location. CSF developed it over 100+ track hours.

Finishes

We spec these with a Thermal Heat Dispersion coating by default — an emissivity coating that helps the core radiate heat away, which is exactly what you want on a cooler. Prefer to skip it? Raw or Black are available for less. Choose above.

CSF builds the radiators, heat exchangers, and charge coolers we use when the factory cooling stack can no longer keep up with the load a tuned car puts on it. The cores are engineered to factory fitment, so the upgrade goes in at the OEM locations without fabrication. On the heat-exchanger-cooled engines, the charge cooler is often the single highest-leverage cooling part, and CSF's units carry the thermal capacity to keep intake temps stable through repeated pulls. We ship CSF where a build needs more cooling than stock without giving up clean, factory-style integration.
