CSF "Level-Up" charge-air-cooler manifold for the S58 — G80 M3, G82 M4, G87 M2, and F97 X3 M / F98 X4 M. A billet intake manifold (CSF by PWR) with an integrated bar-and-plate water-to-air charge cooler that replaces the OEM plastic manifold and its failure-prone tube-and-fin core.

What CSF changes

The PWR bar-and-plate core is pressure-tested to 120 psi (the OEM core is prone to failing past ~27 psi), and CSF measures about a 30°F drop in intake temps versus stock. CNC-billet tanks, a top-feed port-injection fuel rail (block-off caps included), per-runner nitrous/methanol ports, and an included KIYLEX thermal-rejection manifold spacer. Made in the USA.

Finishes

Default is the Thermal Heat Dispersion coating — an emissivity coating that helps the part shed heat. Also available Raw, or in Esse Werks colors — Black, White, or Orange. Choose above.

CSF builds the radiators, heat exchangers, and charge coolers we use when the factory cooling stack can no longer keep up with the load a tuned car puts on it. The cores are engineered to factory fitment, so the upgrade goes in at the OEM locations without fabrication. On the heat-exchanger-cooled engines, the charge cooler is often the single highest-leverage cooling part, and CSF's units carry the thermal capacity to keep intake temps stable through repeated pulls. We ship CSF where a build needs more cooling than stock without giving up clean, factory-style integration.
