CSF billet charge-air-cooler manifold for the Gen-1 B58 (F-chassis). Replaces the OEM plastic manifold and its integrated water-to-air charge cooler with a CNC-billet manifold and a larger cooler core.

What CSF changes

Billet aluminum with roughly twice the cooling rows of the factory core, machined intake runners that seal to the OEM O-rings, and a thermal-rejection competition spacer. All fittings included; pairs with the front heat exchanger.

Finishes

Default is the Thermal Heat Dispersion coating — an emissivity coating that helps the part shed heat. Also available Raw, or in Esse Werks colors — Black, White, or Orange. Choose above.

Gen-1 B58 (B58B30M0) — F22/F23 M240i, F30 340i, F31 340i Touring, F32/F33 440i, F34 340i GT, F36 440i Gran Coupe (2016–2019). Confirm your chassis in the selector.

The cores are engineered to factory fitment, so the upgrade goes in at the OEM locations without fabrication. On the heat-exchanger-cooled engines, the charge cooler is often the single highest-leverage cooling part, and CSF's units carry the thermal capacity to keep intake temps stable through repeated pulls. We ship CSF where a build needs more cooling than stock without giving up clean, factory-style integration.
