AR02 Forged Wheel — AR Series Monoblock
The AR02 is the AR face to pick if you want the caliper readable from most angles — roughly half the face area is open, and it holds near half from just outside the hub pad all the way to the spoke tips.
Why this face
The spoke section is not symmetric. On each of the ten arms the leading edge runs nearly straight out of the hub while the trailing edge curves away behind it, so the arm starts thin and finishes thick where it lands. The windows come out teardrop shaped, tight at the hub end and wide at the outer end. No other wheel in the AR series holds open area that evenly. The flat outer band carries a ring of rounded-rectangular pockets — machined recesses, not holes. Nothing passes through them, so do not spec this expecting them to vent anything.
Will it fit your car
Cut to your car. In plain model terms: the E46 and E9x cars, the F30 and F32 3- and 4-series, the 2015–2020 M3 and M4, the 2019-up 3-series, the 2021-up M3 and M4, the current Z4, F-series MINI and the classic R53 and R56. BMW does not use one bolt pattern across that range — pick your car in the configurator above and the pattern and hub bore set themselves. Front M-Sport calipers clear with no spacer.

Frequently asked questions
What bolt pattern does my BMW need?
It depends on the car, and BMW is not consistent about it. E- and F-chassis BMWs run 5x120. G-chassis BMWs run 5x112 — that includes the 2021-up M3 and M4. F-series MINI is 5x112; classic R53 and R56 are 4x100. We confirm it against your car before anything is cut.
How long does an AR02 take to build?
Six to eight weeks. Every DR Forged wheel is machined to your bolt pattern, width and offset — there is no stock to pull from. The clock starts when we lock the spec sheet with you.
Will the AR02 clear my big brake kit?
It clears M-Sport front calipers with no spacer as standard. For an aftermarket big brake kit, send the kit make and model at intake and we check bridge height and spoke clearance before the order releases.

How this wheel is built.
Every DR Forged wheel is made to order, not pulled from a shelf. The center is 6-axis CNC-machined from a forged 6061-T6 aluminum billet, in a one-piece monoblock or a two-piece modular build depending on the model. We spec each one to clear factory BMW M-Sport brakes, so the fitment is matched to the car rather than left generic.
Width and offset are cut to your spec, with finish and diameter chosen at order. Because these are built to order, plan on a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks rather than next-day stock. Staggered front/rear setups are common — configure the front spec, add to cart, then change width and offset and add the rear.
