Active Autowerke Signature equal-length mid-pipe with G-brace for the S58 — G80 M3, G82 M4. The factory mid-pipe leaves the two cylinder banks unequal in length, so the straight-six's pulses arrive out of step — the source of the S58's rasp. This corrects it.

The design

A patented equal-length design (US 11,248,511; EU/UK 3,882,441) that matches both banks for a smooth, cohesive straight-six tone. This Gen 2 adds resonators that strip the rasp, cut the 2,000-rpm drone, and quiet the cold-start rattle. 100% 304 brushed stainless.

G-brace included

Ships with Active Autowerke's G-brace, which restores transmission-tunnel rigidity once the factory mid-section is removed.

Where it fits

Sits between the S58 downpipes and the rear exhaust. Off-road / race use only.
