Active Autowerke catted downpipe for the N20 / N26 — the post-turbo restriction, opened. The factory downpipe and dense cat choke spool and flow on the gating part of the exhaust. Active Autowerke's replacement clears it while keeping a high-flow catalytic converter in the pipe — the street-friendly route to a Stage 2 calibration.

Construction

3.5" 304 stainless with a 4" GESI G-Sport High Output (HO-Series Gen 2) catalytic converter — 304 stainless through the substrate, EPA-registered and 49-state / OBD2 compliant, engineered not to throw a check-engine light. Not legal in California.

The Full Tune is a bootmod3 calibration — it loads through your active BM3 license, the same one you confirmed for the recalibration.

Active Autowerke has been building hardware for BMW for a long time, and that history shows in supercharger systems and exhausts that are engineered to a specific chassis rather than adapted to it. We carry their hardware because the depth of platform knowledge behind it tends to mean the kit fits and the supporting components are accounted for. On the naturally-aspirated platforms where a supercharger is the clean route to a real power increase, this is established, proven hardware. We reach for it when a customer wants a forced-induction path with a long track record behind it.
